      That's just fantastic, now I'll win 35 games instead of 45 :)

Hopefully Franklin doesn't go all Sandy Koufax on you.

OK, I'm sorry but I'm getting on the bandwagon for this torn back muscle thing

I lost Ramos and another starting OF to the torn back muscle. Something needs to be done about this injury. I wouldn't care if he torn ligaments, its just weird having torn back muscles all over the place.

              I agree.

Not if you knew what really went on in the clubhouse after games. My advice? Ban alchoholic beverages.

I really liked what I saw from my SP over the last two weeks of ST, well, from the guys I'm counting on anyway. Two guys stepped up for that open starting IF spot, Bargenquast and Caines, and I think I'll give the nod to Bargenquast on opening day. Fehilly and Romo impressed me, but they're both only 21, and will spend the season at AAA. Hidrogo will be the backup catcher to Velunza on opening day, but he'll get some starts, too. Zauola killed the ball. We're good production from him this season.

Do we have to knock our active rosters down to 25 for this export?

                        Yay Spring Training divisional champs....um....

Well I am happy that we played well, especially on offense. Our new prospects have scouted well, with the new draft picks I really like how we're stocking up on young talent.

I have a feeling we may have a few suprising minor breakouts in the lineup. I like the fact that we aren't overly relying on 3 or 4 guys. When Kirby comes off the DL in May we should be able to scratch out a few runs. Buller showed some promise this spring, lets see if it's just a mirage. This will likely be his last chance.

                        Bring on the season!

A so-so Spring Training for my team, we didn't really put much together to make me more optimistic about this team. I'm not sure our lineup will be able to generate enough runs to keep us in it. Of course, with all the offseason moves, our division looks pretty wide open.

Good to see we decided to keep playing Nino after his injury. Thankfully he didn't get injured any worse.

Well not the spring training I was hoping for. Lets hope my pitchers wake up and don't take such a beating like they did during ST.

ST means nothing. Stay healthy and it was a successful spring.
