1982 is in the books. A few big FA signings this sim and a very strange injury.

Notes:
- the draft class has been published so remember to send out your scouts. It takes 20-25 days for each of your scouts to finish the draft class. The draft starts at the beginning of Spring Training. With the next two sims going about 30 days each, you'll only have these two sims for your scouts to look at the draft class.
- WBC sim is up as well.

Clay and the rest of the BLB for that matter... holy shit. Rex Knight... quick scout him.... If what my 80/80 scout says is correct... That's got to be the greatest prospect in BLB history.

Did some more quick scouting... and the OF talent is looking STRONG from what I can tell.

I've just never seen a kid with 8/8/8/7/8 potential before.

Now of course my scout could be wrong... even though he's 80/80 in hitting. Plus he's only 18 so potential may be just that.... but damn.

My scouts (on Quickscout) don't like him nearly as much.

Neither do mine. I agree he's a great prospect, but not quite at that level. Looking at my scouting from the past drafts, he's certainly up there with the top picks we've had.

Also, we signed MR Zhi-Qiang Ba this sim. I'm happy to have him in the bullpen, though he comes with a pretty big price tag. I thought I had withdrew the offer due to the amount of money, is anyone else having a problem with this?

I notice another guy keeps popping up on my Pending Offers list every week, though I've withdrawn his offer the past two sims. He doesn't favor my offer, and I'd like to keep it that way.

I've had the same problem with guys popping up though I withdrew an offer. Those guys didn't favor my offer so I didn't care.

You could always try lowering the contract offer and resubmitting it if withdrawing doesn't work. Not sure if that works either but that's what I would have done if I didn't want a guy and he kept popping up and favoring my offer.

I keep having guys that I withdrew pop back up. It's wreaking havoc on my finances - in terms of what I have to offer. But no worries... no one is signing with me anyway.

If you withdraw the offers before offering new contracts then that money will become available.

I had one more signing I was trying to make but he hasn't decided yet. I'm disappointed too because I was hoping if I didn't sign him to sign either O'Loughlin or Ba. Guess I'll have to see who's left at the next sim if he doesn't sign with me.
