There's a drop down for Rule 5 somewhere at the top. I'm at work right now so don't know which one but I think it's the drop down to the left of BLB. It should be the same drop down as transactions & free agents and it's the top button.

Yes, but other people won't be able to see the players you added to your 40 man when we run the draft. This is just to let other owners know which players aren't available in the draft anymore.

I made all of my 40 man roster changes prior to this last file so there shouldn't be any changes to alert anyone of if I'm not mistaken.

I think you have to post them. If I'm not mistaken, we'll run the draft, then Andrew will import those changes into the file, then run the sim.

No, that's what I mean. I made the changes prior to this last file. So if you open OOTP right now my 40 man roster is exactly the same. But just in case I decided to post my 40 man because I won't be present at the Rule V Draft.

Actually, there is a strong likelihood that there are players NOT on my 40 man roster that won't appear on people's OOTP right now.

I believe I dropped a player or two so I guess it'll help that I posted my 40 man.
