What are the chances of BLB going International to Canada?

It would probably depend on the part of Canada. One of the expansion teams is potentially going in the Stout (with Baltimore, Wilmington and Philly). I would think that Eastern Canada would be close enough. If not, maybe stay in the states with your BLB team and put all 3 minors in Canada.

Bottomline, it certainly wouldn't prevent someone from getting in.

As Clay mentioned on OS, the best way to get a team is stick around the forums, learn the rules, the owners and the players. I think chippered and Spectre (our last two expansion owners) would both agree.

I agree. Familiarize yourself with the league and understand how it works, and that should give you a good chance at being selected.
