Injuries do seem to come in bunches in real life too. Look at the Detroit Tigers this season. Injuries kept them from having their complete roster in place most of the season. Between Rogers, Zumaya, Sheff, nagging stuff from Pudge and Guillen.... they were injured almost the entire season.

It sucks... but it probably is realistic.

I was thinking more along the lines of just simming the rest of the season all at once as soon as all the division leaders have double digit leads. It will put the rest of us out of our misery.

As John Paul Jones once said... "The Wildfire have not yet begun to fight"

Of course trading away my top pitcher kind of looks like I'm giving up... but uh, that's not the case. WAR Wildfire!

5-2. Saul Soriano won both of his starts to begin his career. It's all meaningless at this point however, since we're not catching Windy City. However, we are in a 3 way tie for the lead in the pythagorean record, if that means anything.

I don't know the ages of the guys the Gamblers are having get injured but Rogers, Sheff & Pudge are all pretty old. Guillen is 32 so Zumaya is the only pretty young guy of that group. You should expect more injuries from the older guys...not all these guys under 30.

I'm disappointed there's no interleague this year...I'd love to see a battle of the worst between Dallas & Virginia. The winner gets the #1 pick!

                  Me too.

I'm a firm believer that I would not have the worst record in the league with interleague play.
