Trade Deadline

The trade deadline will fall during Thursday's sim, meaning all non-waiver trades must be completed by Thursday.

Also, I've made changes to the Waiver rules to allow Waiver trading after the deadline. Please review my post in the rules forum for more information.

Reminder: Even though the in game date is July 31st, the trade deadline has passed since trades don't take place until the end of the sim which would be August 6th. Waiver trades are still allowed.
