How come when I release someone who is due 280K next year, it charges me for that contract? Is that right? Is that the right way to handle them if I don't want them to be on BLB Contract anymore or do I have to waive them or what?The Great One!

The only way it won't charge you is if next to their contract it has an (A) which means arbitration eligible.
