Other than Boutwell getting injured for a little bit (he's back now), nothing to complain about too much. Ponte and Parongao got hit more than I'd like to see, but I'm not going to worry about them. Some of my AAA level relievers got rocked as well, but I kind of expected that.

Considering some of the injuries that have already occured around the league, I'll be happy to make it through Spring Training with my key players healthy.

Wow, my offense is mashing! Lamberts is tearing the cover off the ball.

Now, if only I had some pitching. Dave Beard, one of my expansion draft picks, is off to a ridiculous start out of the pen.

I can't wait for this to keep going.

My offense is raking also, but my rotation is sort of "eh". Montgomery, Fyson, and Ramez are pitching great, but Abe and Drewery are not.

Good luck. I've had several guys way overachieve in spring training only to come back to earth once the season starts.

Tough break, I saw he got hurt on a defensive play, long fly ball. I guess he crashed into the wall face first. At least you know your guys are giving it their all, even in Spring Training.

On another note, I kind of like scouting this draft without the overall ratings. Adds a new element of strategy to the draft that I kind of overlooked with those ratings to fall back on at times. A lot of data to look at, that's for sure.

Wasn't he the guy who lost all defensive ratings?

I like it a lot too. Definitely going to see a lot of "who?" picks I think. And did you see how young some of the prospects are? Definitely going to be projects.

I think I got the #1 pick pegged.

Yes, he was. I just had no where else to hide him. Sadly I have to play in the Man's League without the DH.

The bitch is that it looks like he was going to pick up right where he left off hitting the ball.

SIDENOTE: Didn't it seem like a lot of injuries through the first 15 games of ST? Maybe it was just me.

Oh yeah... tons of 16 year olds. A lot of quality prospects under 20.

By my scouts... I think it's a arm heavy draft, but a healthy number of SP's for a change.

Not sure who I think #1 will be. I know who I'd like at #6.

                        I agree. Definitely pitching heavy.

Yes. I am shocked none of my team went down.

Yeah... if they could learn nothing else from you... it should be how to go down.

Clay you're going to get me fired from work for laughing so much.

I know who looks like the best prospect, and thankfully the guy I want should be available for the 3 slot...
