You know who else was a UDFA?

Oh yeah that guy. Haven't heard much about him lately. He's about as extinct as the dinosaurs.

IMO, that's one of the most fun aspects of the game. The draft is great, Free-Agency can be intense but managing a major injury with depth changes while in a pennant race is an absolute blast. Shifting players around, new roles, call ups, oooooh yeah!

Luckily, you have one of the deeper clubs in the BLB and I think the Millers will be fine.

It'll be interesting for sure. I'm gonna need some guys to step their game up, but usually once the summer rolls around then bats get going in Pittsburgh. Hope it stays that way.

Finally had a winning week, but were stuck in the basement right now.

0-10 Lefties?? This is Pawtucket right???

Good news that we seem to have two nice pitchers coming up from AAA.

SP Marco Carrasco has had little trouble moving up from AA and seems poised for a Sept call up to the big show. A junkball lefty, we feel he can be a solid #2 pitcher in the future. Racing up the top prospects list currently at #13.

SP Tommy Klingenberg nice example of taking your sweet time with a player and getting the right dice rolls. He's been coming on since his promotion to AAA in 2018 getting better each season with ERA+ 82, 122 and now 302. Got a sample size to start the year off in the BLB, but I didnt want the stench of the big league club to slow his development so back to AAA until September. Currently at #94 for the top 100. I really think this kid will be able to hold down the #4-5 spent next season.

We got some lean years coming up, but with this draft coming think we might be able to piece together a more representative club by middle of this decade?

Sources close to me say they are taking a wait and see approach.

The Amigos are 1st in the Bock but only a .500 ball club.

Nice to see the Bock returning to its 90s form.

Four teams separated by one game... none above .500 ... The Bock!

And I used to shit on the Bock for their mediocrity. Yes, we are in a holding pattern. My scout thinks Lippert has a little left in the tank, so we will see if he can hold down the 5th spot in the rotation for us.

He already wants $16M to re-sign!

My "fans" certainly noticed Lippert signed with another team. Apparently our current rotation isn't good enough for them.

WC actually leads the IL in Run Differential, just been really unlucky so far in one-run games. Somehow already at -7 by Pyt Record. I expect them to start winnings games very soon - this coming sim, most likely.

                              Yeah, he's a rental.

I really need to move Abdul Clemons. He got a boost in this player development update and my scout has him at 6-5-7-4-5. After hitting 29 homers at AAA last season, he's buried behind Colgate.
