I'm ready. I have my pick down to 2 players. Hopefully Jake makes my decision easier by picking one of them.

Pick is in. Syracuse selects SP C.J. DeGennaro.
The injury scares me, the lack of a 4th pitch scares me, but CJ was rated #1 from my scout in game and also my crappy excel formula. The choice came down between DeGennaro and Enrique "The Artist" Bernardi.Charlotte Knights - OSFL

I like Bernardi better because he looks to have improved from 2019 to 2020. Gave me a better feeling than DeGennaro who doesn't have a ton of stats backing him up.
That said, my scouts don't particularly like DeGennaro either. They've marked him as a back of the rotation guy. I have no idea whether to trust them or not though since this is my first draft with them.

KC is going with C Erik MacDonough from Cal State Fullerton. It was between 'The Tornado' and another pitcher but ultimately we felt this was the safer pick. MacDonough may be the best hitter in this draft and has been putting up insane numbers in the NCAA.

I'm not sure if it's OOTP17 or my scouts starting to lose it, but there are some prospects where he and OSA are off by 3 and even 4 points in some categories.Brewers League Baseball
