Thanks Matt! Not a problem, I just didn't want anything to be screwed up.

Yup! California is currently trimming $20 million off of next year's projected payroll. Hopefully the fans don't revolt!

Oh God, this arbitration numbers are outrageous... The reality is coming to the Town... We will have some budget for 2021 so we can extend our young stars, but is going to be a challenge keep the nucleous of the team together.

$8,8M in share revenue... Not too much to say about this, this figure is really killing us.

Thankfully our budget jumped to 2nd best in the leage $144M...
What about Batavia and their $150M??

A short one. If you want him, I'll trade him to you for next to nothing. He's going to cost about $500k in arbitration. I'm going to cut him. It's not a lot of money but I want to be better about our finances.

If I'm just looking for defensive depth, I can find that in a minor league offer.

Dont I know that! Were content trying while shedding players right now. Gonna be a few seasons until we right the money ship. Luckily we still have a few star players to keep us respectable and a nice lefty prospect down on the farm with some players who should contribute. Also we have multi draft picks coming up. We need to hit those.

In Pawtucket we already traded Hudson. He's only 3.8, but I suspect his demands will rise making him not affordable. Might also let Oscar Sanchez and Fred Kimble walk to save 20+ million.

            We will figure it out.

I'm afraid to make trades because of the new player ratings.

Not having a scout to corroborate is killing me too, as I still don't trust OSA that much.

At first sight now I have 10 SPīs prospects whom have the potential ratings to play in the BLB... This is scary now... We will have to be more careful when drafting based in ratings...

Agreed! Half my farm system now looks BLB ready. It should be interesting once the season starts to see how the new ratings translate.

I know this phrase is probably the most overused in the BLB... but this might be the worst FA class we have seen.

There could be some international talent added and some teams could decline arbitration... and it remains to be seen if Wilmington uses some of that Championship Bonus (do we still do that?) to re-sign their big names... but after that?

                            "Pat"ented misdirection.

He's got 60 MM to spend and just doesn't want you guys to dig deep. If you want a few good players to fill out your squad, there are a quite a few early to mid 30's guys that still have a bit left in the tank.

It's a fine free agency class. There are good players here.

Seeing good players in their early or mid 20s in free agency is the exception, not the rule.
