What looks like our probable 2020 lineup effectively debuts together as a unit in this next sim. It took us time and many injuries to arrive here at this hour. Let's see what happens.

Hopefully by the time I win a championship you'll learn the true definition of "tanking"!

You play Pawtucket next sim so I'd probably start Driggs all three games. But that's just me.

First playoff appearance for Mississippi/New York in more than a decade. It's been a long journey but feels good to be playing in October. I don't expect much but the core of my team is young and should get better.

We generally play Dallas well. That being said were on the road for 7 games and 14 days in a row without a day off.

                  We are toast.

I'm not sure that buying a $74 million dollar player and having a payroll of $137 million counts as a rebuild, a retooling on the fly, maybe. Either way, nicely done.

                            Released by Denver?

                            Did you know that?!

If anyone hates reading that Driggs was a released minor leaguer, it's me.

What's ignored is that he was undrafted. Denver took a flyer on him. And his ratings sucked at the time.

Now, why did I release a guy that made the A ball All Star Team? I don't know. It happens. Why didn't anyone draft Jimmy Lewis.

Did you guys know he was undrafted and Denver picked him up just to get a cheap minor leaguer to start a game in the place of injured starters in the BLB?

Then Denver released Jimmy Lewis to avoid having to pay his minimum salary while he was in the minors? And no one else Signed HIM! Jimmy freaking Lewis.

So Denver signed him AGAIN. I kid you not. A second time. An undrafted All Star that's 14-7 this season! We are amazing.

Long ago, I cut Derrek Tucker from my A ball team. In retrospect, that was a poor decision.

Pretty remarkable season Driggs is having though. All from an undrafted, minor league free agent.

I have $25m+ tied up in Nishimura and Jarrod West for the next few seasons.

I once won GM of the Year (over Clay, to boot). How times change.
