It's a good thing I extended Eddy and Hernandez this sim because two of my top pitching prospects in AAA just suffered catastrophic arm injuries.

3-4 sucks but still happy with the start. We can't seem to beat Seattle in a series.

Jimmy Lewis is wondering how many starts / innings is the longest to go without allowing a run to start the season. Asking for a friend.

Wil Perez appears ready to give up all of Jimmy's runs. I hate that I gave Perez an extension and he hurt his arm right after. Likely not going to get full value from his contract.

Pelloni came down to earth in the second week. But Healey did not.

And Slack...I wonder if he's going to continue being this good in a Denver uniform. He's been putting on a show since last year.

Dallas, Indy, and Morgantown twice to start the season and we're 5-5 coming off of back to back 100 loss seasons, not a bad start at all.

Morla has found a groove, and Filar is playing like his did his first two years. Now if we could just stop having the random power outages that our offence seems to suffer, perhaps we could be a little more consistent.

Our pitching has also been middle of the pack, which for us is a huge improvement, which hopefully continues to trend forward.

4-3 road sim. Denver and Davenport both look impressive.

4-2 this sim taking 2 of 3 from both Windy City and Seattle. Timely hitting andgood bullpen work are carrying us for now. Hope it lasts.

A 3-4 sim puts us at 6-7. We can never seem to get off to a fast start. We've finished the last three seasons really strong, which gives me a ton of optimism for the next season, which is smashed to pieces come April when we drop one-run games like they're cancerous.

My bullpen is improved, as I hoped it would be. Unfortunately, my starting rotation isn't holding up their end of the bargain. It's a long season and I know we'll find our groove at some point. I just want to come in and have a good April for once. Maybe next year.

Not a great start. Our offense is historically bad for Baltimore.
I don't think we've ever been dead last in power ratings.
                Ever.

That walk-off double by Jamie Williams driving in Jimmy Collins was special. 2nd game of the series against Morgantown decided in the bottom of the 10th. Collins can fly!
We also collected the first error of the season in Game 8, not bad.
Palmer could give us another W as a PH with a solo Homer in the 3rd game of the series, that´s why brought him from Toronto, a clear upgrade over Graffing at this stage of their careers. However Jimenez blew the save and Rivera stunk to give the game to Morgantown.

Good series against Indy, a new rivalry is starting here!

Morgantown 1B/OF Ernie Lucas is a fun player.

He plays average defense at three positions.

                    He can run.

                    He's right-handed.

And he's a 25 year old who hit .327 last year and will hit 20-30 homers in a normal year.

                              Paging Jake.

Syracuse top prospect Dave Webber is rightly pissed that he's stuck in AA.

Dude is ready to crush BLB pitchers.
