Masao Nara won the starting left field job for the Guides.

He's only caught two fly balls in six games.

I might need to rethink this decision.

Swept Morgantown and lost 2 of 3 to Dallas. Gonna need the offense and bullpen to improve, but 4-2 works.

One sim into the season and I'm ready to start selling off.
Ledbetter was the only guy that showed up.

Not sure what to do with Luna. Because Baldwin was out he was brought in as an emergency starter and pitched 8 innings, giving up only 1.
Last year I had him as a starter to end the year and he seemed to pitch well every-other game.
But my pullpen sucks so I need him there.

I'm sure I'll have fun moving pieces around as I stumble through the year.
Thank goodness I have another series against the Kodiaks coming up.
Love me some California slumpbusters. ;)

4-3 and I'm happy with that. Got swept by Denver but took 4 from Death Valley. I think this is going to be a season where any winning sim is going to be cause for celebration. Got two wins and 3 saves out of the bullpen with no losses from that group so I'm pleased there.

We actually start off with a winning record. Finally.

Super excited that we were able to sweep Toronto, by the sound of it I thought Toronto was gonna win 115 games this year.

                            Seattle had a roster issue?

                            ---

The Pilots go 4-2 winning both series against Los Alamos and Windy City. The games were all very close. It could have easily been 6-0 or 2-4.

In injury news, #1 prospect SP Tom "Domino" King left the game with elbow soreness after just nine pitches. That's his first career injury, besides missing one day with food poisoning.

                            ---

Note to all: Check the waiver wire. There are 49 players available.

We went 4-2 to start the year, winning series against Carolina and Batavia at home. I'll pretty much always be happy to go 4-2, so no complaints with the record.

Bad News - Tom Garton and Jamie Urmson were both injured in the same game by Batavia. It figures that the Muckdogs would play dirty. We'll miss them both.

Zack Davenport didn't impress in his first week starting at SS.

Good News- We pitched really well outside of one game. Dave Schneider made me look smart giving him the LF job. Tristan Moody is healthy this season and his bat looks good. We're in first place.
