Moore should be ready to go back to dutties this week and him Romero and Barnard will share the starting nod the last 2 weeks of the regular season.

Barnard is playing amazingly and is hard to bench a kid that is putting his numbers.

5-2 week to leave the division at reach this upcoming SIM. I didn't like losing the series against Hartford on the road though. At least we won 7 straight until that moment.

We clinched our playoff spot in style with a 6-0 week. That makes us 17-4 in September, and 35-15 in our last 50. I'm still not sure where this came from after we struggled through June and July, but I'm not going to complain. With 13 games to go, we sit 4 games behind Batavia in the Stout and 4 ahead of Philly for the top Wildcard spot. I don't think we can catch the Muckdogs - they've been even better than we have - but hopefully we can hold onto our current position.

It was all about pitching again for us this sim. My staff combined for a 1.50 ERA for the week. Alex Vallejos made a spot start and went 8 strong innings while Robertson, Lippert and Villasenor all started without giving up an earned run. We didn't ask much from the bullpen, but they combined to throw 11 2/3 innings of scoreless ball. Just a great week all around from the staff.

We managed to go 2-4 in a week where we allowed a total of 14 runs (2.16 ERA). Our pitching remains solid, but the offense has just fallen out of gear. The calendar flip has not been kind to us.

I will say, it's nice to see that there are less teams out of it this late into the season.

My thoughts exactly. Despite not being in the thick of the race, it's still pretty cool to follow.

I haven't checked, but I wouldn't be surprised if the entire league has a winning record against us.

Strange not playing for anything. I hope the players I traded for work out.

                        2018 Regular Season Sim Schedule

                        Sun 10/23: SIM 24
                        Tues 10/24: SIM 25.1
                        Wed 10/25: SIM 25.2

SIM 25.1 will cover the first four days of the final week of the regular season.
SIM 25.2 will conclude the final three days of the regular season.

Therefore you'll have an opportunity to make midweek adjustments depending on your playoff situation.

Likely, depending maybe on whether there are any tiebreaker games.
