Alright. This is bullshit and I don't know why the fuck it keeps happening.

This sim, Tom Winkler was claimed off waivers by KC, which marks the third time that someone who SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN ELIGIBLE TO BE CLAIMED. Has been claimed, each time by KC

      Olford, Briggs, now him.

I need this to be addressed, and quite frankly I'm tired of this. I want him back in my organization this sim.

Each time I have brought this up respectfully I've had my claims ignored. How does a player who was not on the 40 man roster end up leaving via waiver claim?

Can you explain the underlined part?

I'm still unclear on what's going on and also why a minor league player is on waivers.

He was not on the 40 man roster. I also did not DFA him. Since he was not on the 40 man, how is he eligible to be claimed?

The same can be said for Briggs and Olford. As a matter of fact, when Briggs was claimed, he was in the lineup in the 7 days and he vanished.

Then how did he end up on waivers?

I'm trying to understand if you're confused about how he was on waivers or on how he got claimed while on waivers.

As far as I know anyone on waivers can be claimed. That's the point of waivers. So teams can claim players.

If a player not on the 40 man is on waivers he's on revocable waivers, meaning that if claimed then he can be pulled back.

A 21 year old on a MLC who ends up on waivers in not eligible to be claimed.

He's right. When you waive a player it gives you the option to pull him back if claimed. I have no issue with sending him back but I'm not sure why anybody would waive and DFA somebody not on the 40 man other than to circumvent the roster limits so forgive me if I don't feel bad about it. My organizational depth is non existent so I'm going to keep claiming guys who are better than what I have.

Have I done that before? Yes. Sure, I have DFA'd a player in A ball just about every year to buy myself additional time to decide on if I want to cut said player or not. Ironically, I haven't ever had an issue with this except for the last two seasons.

Did I do that to circumvent the rules in place? No. Not in September when I gained 15 additional roster spots with 40 man roster.

For what its worth, my changes that were made to my organization prior to SGN going down were not saved.

Can't you just move them to DFA without waiving them? I guess I'm confused how or why these guys even ended up on waivers.

Didn't you say you had to clear your league files?

I put Winkler (the guy who should go back to Pitt) on my DFA this sim if the commishes want to check to see if there is some type of glitch.

It says in the transaction log on August 27:

Pittsburgh Millers: LF Tom Winkler was designated for assignment and placed on waivers.
