I completely missed the mark on who we were this year. My lord, we are bad. Just one of those years where we just try to invent as many new ways as possible to lose.

Man, I wish I could figure this team out. We go two weeks with 1 win in each and then we turn around and go 5-1 with a sweep of Seattle. I know we are bad but sometimes we get on a roll and come up with weeks like this one.

We suck. Swept by Davenport. Sinking.

Buuuuut.... I signed veteran catcher Antonio Gonzalez to a minor league deal to play in Double-A. In seven games this week he had 19 RBIs.... Nineteen!?

Still just treading water here in Washington.

We managed to shut out Carolina in 3 straight games to open the week. They then returned the favor in Game 4, and we were shut out again once in Baltimore. So, 5 out of 7 games saw someone get shut out. I like what I've seen from the rookie Villasenor, but my whole rotation has been solid most of the year despite Lippert not being as dominant as last season.

Still, we're just playing .500 ball, and it's hard to see us doing any better than that. I wouldn't be surprised to see us fall out of the playoffs soon.

We is what we is at this point. I'm OK with it. Most of my guys cleared waivers if anyone needs help because of performance or injuries.

Very disappointed in our pen this week. Lost two very winnable games for us, including blowing last inning leads twice in one.

That's the kind of stuff that infuriating. Winnable games getting thrown into the trash.

Those games are why our Pyth record is so high compared to our actual. It's even more fascinating considering our bullpen has been so good in terms of ERA.

5-1 Week including a Sweep IN Willmington, never expected this with Romero and Moore injuried...

                  Barnard played a batter of the week honors level with an amazing line of .400 / .409 / .500 / .909 / 158 / WAR 0.3 including 14 Put outs, 6 Double plays with a +0.7 ZR

Moore could be back by the end of this week, or we can just allow him to rest 2 extra days before to comeback from his Fractured wrist.

Very happy how Dowling and Barnard playing during this week covering our own stablished 2 star infielders (Romero and Moore). They kept the pace and allowed the Sharks to remain on Top of the Lager.

In the minors Los Cayos (A) and Miami (AAA) are ready for a play-off run! Good times for the Sharks organisation!

Pawtucket 4-3 and thudded on the road this week. Mason hurt , second injury as the old man starting to break down. Next year 1B? Lol gonna have a bunch of players wanting DH or 1B soon.

First place as we somehow are holding the young tigers in the Ale down. I see Hartford is the hot team now.

After losing 8 in a row pre All-Star game we've had a 19-5 run after. Losing 'Refund' sucks but such is life.

                            Agreed.

Los Alamos got Gil Mullins, Ernie Nunn, and Ernie Gooding out of that deal. Nunn and Gooding never developed. I think Pitt wins this one.
