        You got it.

Apparently Voodoo was stoked about all the trades we made. He hit .600.

I'm very happy to see Philadelphia and Batavia leave town and not appear on my schedule anytime soon.

But, after seeing us get stomped by them, it's pretty clear we're no where close to being a contender. I'll see how the next couple sims go before raising the white flag, but it looks pretty obvious that's coming.

Carolina goes 5-1 beating up on NY and BAL. That hasn't happened in a while.

Dunn up to #16. Updated my block with new prices. Plenty of veteran depth. Youth movement is still in progress. I can send money on contracts or absorb bad deals for picks. Let's deal.

Horrible sim on our end, lost 3/4 to rebuilding carolina and got swept by Wadhington...not good at all.

Pawtucket 3-3 and backed into first place while we watch Wilmington & Hartford bounce around us.

Simple note on the week: Really, REALLY hate giving up 8-0 leads. Just a pet peeve of mine. Call me crazy

Makes me want to blow it up. Especially against one of the worst teams in baseball.

4-2 Bock week including a sweep of Denver.

We are 1st in the IL in HRs, 1st in HRs allowed and 2nd in defense.

Good sim going 6-1. Should have been 7-0 if not for Almarez blowing the game by giving up 3 runs in the 9th.
He’s been shaky the last month or so. May have to put Manning back into the closer spot.

Ledbetter had an interesting debut with us. 25AB’s, 7K’s, 4 hits with 2 of them being dingers.
I appreciate the long ball, but hopefully he can get his average up to around .250 for us.

I’m not sure which sim is my favourite; Opening Day or the first sim with the new kids.
Willie Londono went 5-21 with 1 HR and was a +1.2 in CF.
128th overall pick, Pat Borts didn’t hit all that well, but he was a +1.4 at SS and swiped a bag. He can play SS (6) as well as 2B & 3B (5) and has good Infield ratings (6/8/6/7).
If he can reach his batting potential, I’m hoping I have at the very minimum a full time utility player in the Major’s.
102nd overall pick, RFer Gil “Larry, Moe &” Curry hit .263 with two bombs. His fielding ratings suck, but hopefully he gets better defensively as he matures.

Pitchers Jose Williams (SP - 81st overall pick) and Pat "I Like" Saylors (CL - 154th overall pick) both pitched well in their debut week. Williams went 5.1 innings with only 1 ER in a no-decision game.
Saylors was perfect in 4 innings recording a win, a save and one no decision.
My scout liked both players and saw them as major league talent.

My first round pick (24th overall), SP Edgar de Alba, pitched a total of 8.3 innings, gave up 2 earned-runs, 9 hits and struck out 5 in two no-decision games.
He needs to work on his stamina (TWSS), but if my scout is right, he should develop into a good #2-#4 pitcher.

Hopefully this draft class can help rebuild a pretty thin farm system.
