Not a good sim- swept by Seattle but saved some face by taking 2/3 from Death Valley.

3-3 sim. We need Coffey and Healey to get going again. They are the straw that stirs the drink.

Pitching wasn't fantastic but it was good enough. One game back of Seattle.

We are continuing to tread water during this rebuild. Another 3-3 sim. Just waiting for the younger pitchers to get to the point of being BLB ready...

Finally 5-1 SIM for the defending champs...

Our starters got in rythm and the bullpen still the best of the DL in ERA... Not a good week for Flores who blew the lead against PAW...

3.5 behind NO for the division and we hold the #4 WC seed

First winning sim. 3 weeks to be in a WC spot or it is sell time. Anyone want Alex Torres? He's a decent bottom rotation starter...

4-2. Dylan Owens is settling in nicely.

Orbon had the first complete game of his career allowing just 4 hits and 1 base on balls while striking out 8

                      Let the kids play!

I'm glad you are going all in on them.

I think Paul is seeing this through as well. Morla is already his best hitter despite slumping down from his ridiculous start.

Btw, looking at California and I see that Manny Reyes is still getting hits.

He's for sale too. I've gotten use to him being a slow starter.

I swear I was convinced he was washed up after I brought him in (and released him) three years ago when he was a singles hitter who batted .254.

4-2 week keeps us in first place, though now Batavia is right on our heels.

I like this version of Israel Morales that I've gotten this season.

I brought up the prospects, Turnbow and Villasenor and they both did pretty well. Hopefully they can give me some solid contributions the rest of the way.

5-1 road sim to take the Bock lead by one game.

Rookie SP Dave Kell made his BLB debut against Philly: 9 IP, 3 H, 1 R, 0 ER, 0 BB, 3 K. I was not expecting that. Going to be hard to send him down like I had originally planned.

CF J.R. Lowe is suspended 10 games. That's great.
