              • Pick is in. Took 3B Dave Puckett. Really wanted SS Geoff Meckfessel, and not just for his name.

                  • Really glad to add power hitter Roberto Romero at the end of the 3rd Round, my scout sees him as a solid player with possibilities for the stardom, he reminds me to Salazar.

                    .345 / .477 / .539 / 1.016, 9HRs, 13 XB, line as a Freshman with the Commodores (CCBL), then his swing got better as a Sophomore and is nearly hitting a HR every 12 ABs .385 / .509 / .671 / 1.181, 17 HRs, 10 XB so far this year.

His intelligence and Work Ethic putted me off in the 1st Round but now is time to gamble, we also need DHs / 1Bs in our system with Bankston colliding slowly.

                          • A few interesting prospects just went off the board..

-2B Al Beck was #1 on my board. Good defense, hitting stats and the highest remaining NCAA Top prospect.

-SP C.J. Parsons doesn't project ratings-wise to much more than a spot starter/long reliever but his 2018 campaign was arguably the best in all of NCAA.

-2B Josh Sapp looks like a solid defender and good battings stats...but he might end up at RP where he projects well.

As a small part of a larger group, yes, he did.
