Fajardo signs on the dotted line. We really missed Bobby Marrero this week.

              Let's see.

We have the worst pitching in the league.

              Andy Garcia is batting .178.

              Voodoo Davila is hitting .208.

And somehow we're no worse than 8-11.

              I'll take it.

                Must've skipped the IL.

I can't remember the last time our pitching was this bad. But like you said, only 8-10 so I won't complain too much.

General bad pitching this start of the season in the BLB in general. Can't wait for my hurlers to get back to normal.

The Sim: 4-2 week going 2-1 @ Windy City and 2-1 @ Davenport. Better than I thought.

The Good: Chicks dig the long ball. Once again, Seattle is living and dying by the homer. With 24 on the season, the Pilots lead the IL and are 3rd behind only Wilmington and New Orleans. Leading the way has been 3B Zachary Henne who now has five, on pace for 43. I plan on playing him more regularly this year as I was more worried about his fragility in 2017.

The Bad: Center field could be our downfall. J.R. Lowe returned from his rehab to go 1/13 and his platoon partner Joey Eddy, went 1/14... I need Tom Herlein back!

The Ugly: Our paltry .225 team batting average is only better than (2-17) Davenport.

Next Week: 1 @ DAV, 3 @ DC, 3 @ BAL - This should be fun. We enter game four of 10 straight road, and 17 in a row without a break.

Murillo and Gosser are pissing me off. 10/53 with just 2 HR, and 5 RBI last week.

                      Wtf?

At least Jarod Farrow looks like he's finally ready to play at this level. May become one hell of a lead off hitter.

In my verbiage, "the league" means whichever of the Import or Domestic League in which the team I'm describing resides.

"In the BLB" refers to the whole of the BLB.

Indy CF Jimmy Gray is the best player no one talks about.... And Camifornia 2B Mike Morla might be the #1 BLB player this time next year.

Ryan and I talk about him all the time.

And his answer is always no.
