Two Cups and the most dominant playoff run in BLB history points to the contrary.

That was a decade ago. And built off the tears of me getting frustrated at not getting over the hump and just blowing it up. Look at us since then. A barely over .500 team afraid to make trades that signs crappy FAs.

I have no idea how this team will play in the last 1/3 of the season. I don't really care, its the first time there's been any semblance of excitement in this franchise in a long time. This pitching isn't going anywhere either which has me excited- this whole rotation comes back and Dave "Frankenstein" Kauffman is waiting in AAA where he's having a great season. Pat Fink will come back from injury next year which is great.

I have some bats on the farm that, while not top 100 talent, I'm really excited about. Hopefully they'll help plug some holes in this offense.

With the trade deadline approaching, its nice to know I can entertain the thought of being a buyer.

5-2? Had a 5 game win streak? Not sure how but we had a good sim. Signs of life but too little too late I fear. Still looking to shake things up a little.
