    Hopefully this file uploaded correctly!

I think this is it for me pinch hitting. Football starts for me next week. I've moved on to a bigger school closer to my house. Also the big news around the house is my wife is due with #2 in January. Combined with a never stopping 18 month old and those are the main reasons I've stepped aside.

Always willing to help though if I have the time. Love the league and everyone in it. We've got something pretty cool here. Long live the BLB.

Thanks and congrats Matt. We are crawling to the allstar break. So many injuries testing our depth.

Check out my trade block - we need a backup CF and C. Probably need another OF now too.

I have plenty of extra bullpen arms (Goldberg, Perdomo) and would like to deal McCarley for an OF.

The June version of the Millers is more what I expected from the jump. Tom Bailey (2014) has been a huge addition to the pen and the offense is starting to really click. I don't think it's a coincidence that it coincides with Cleto taking over the 2 hole in the lineup... .330/.395/.534/.929 Hes been all I could hope for and more. The real anchors of the lineup this season have been The Jamie's....Davis is hitting a svelt .305/.344/.545/.889 with 16 HR and 56 RBI good for a 2.5 WAR and my fictional man crush Jamie O'Hearn is at .266/.363/.521/.884 15 HR/12SB and 2.6 WAR...these guys have been the key cogs on our recent hot stretch.

We could win you the series if not for Mendoza destroying his elbow and Jimenez blowing a perfect job by the Sharks´s pitching...

Nice SIM, we got back on Top,

                    Ouch,

Not so fast, Mendoza killed his Elbow and won´t pitch again until the next summer... Shall we extend his contract to have his services for the next September + October?? Oh man first though decision, the play of our young pitchers with the September call ups will decide his destiny

Jimmy Collins went down for 2 weeks, fortunately just for the all-star break and receiving California at Home, it means we will suffer his loss against Pittsburgh, Hartford and New Orleans...

Taylor Bjerke will be called up to cover the DH position with Salazar getting back the LF, D.J. Jones will get some starts against LHP on the left, see what the former Patriot can do.
Bjerke is doing an outsanding job in AAA this year waiting for his opportunity to dress a Shark again, against RHP he has a line of .354/.435/.630/1.065 and 3.3 WAR with 12 bombs and 17 XBH. The guy deserves to cover Collins spot on the Roster while he´s recovering and is a proved veteran in the BLB with over 3 years of experience. He might push Taylor Bell´s destiny with the team.

When is the A Roster trimmed down to 30 again? Will it be for Monday´s SIM? Or this Saturday´s SIM?

After our 12-1 stretch, we get Urmson back and go 3-4, losing two consecutive series on the road after finishing off the sweep of Davenport.

Our pitching staff got beaten up by Batavia, that hadn't happened in a while. Really good team there in Batavia, I expect them to push to the top of the standings in the second half.

I did get some good weeks from Haraguchi and Morales. It would make my lineup really good if those two started hitting closer to what they've been in recent seasons. I think they'll eventually find their stride, but if someone wants to make a good offer, then they would be possibly available.

On the farm, my top prospects continue to do well. I really like what Villasenor has done at AA this year. At AAA, it's getting hard to keep guys like JP Lawrence and Jarrod Sanders in the minors.

Thanks for stepping in Matt. And congrats on all of the positive news!

Denver goes 3-4 against two of the top teams in the league. Can't complain. It's been a positive month as we close out the first half of the season.

                              Thanks all!

I'd say Monday back to 30 is fair for all.
