A huge reach according to the rankings, but Maine selects SS Edwin Reta from the University of Miami.
He's the top hitting shortstop in the draft class, brings a great glove, and is far along in his development.Maine Guides

LA selects 1B Jimmy Langolis and SP Tom Lambert.
My scout hates Langolis but yet had him rated #15 overall. it wouldn't be the first time I've overridden him. His numbers are just too good to ignore. Might bust but I have to take some risks. Lambert was a little safer. Good Stats, lots of pitches, about as good as I'm going to get for a starter at this point.L.A. Dinos GM since '94
Lager Champs - '97, '99, '01, '07, '08, '09 '10 '11, '12

In 468 regular season high school at-bats, he produced 52 home runs, 182 runs batted in, and 143 runs scored.

For all you rebuilders out there, I'll send 1.26 and Dave Honea together for next to nothing. You get a first rounder right now, rehab Honea and the potential to flip him later. I can eat a shorter bad contract as well or multiple bad contracts.Death Valley Scorpions (2003-Present)

1.26 and Honea have been dealt to CAR. I'd like to trade McCarley for a 2nd rounder in this draft to continue the avalanche.Death Valley Scorpions (2003-Present)

Not really happy with my selection.
I liked Blick, but I guess not enough as I traded down.
Really wanted Nygaard but I don't think I had the juice to move up that far.Brewers League Baseball
