  • Regular Season 1 SIM Complete - Next SIM Sun 6/19

    Next SIM: Regular Season 2
    Sun 6/19 7 AM PT / 10 AM ET / 4 PM CET

    - File is up. HTML and utility shortly.

    Stat of the Day!

    DFA: Baltimore
Roster: Baltimore, New Orleans, New York
Single A Age: Baltimore, Carolina, Hartford, Los Alamos, New Orleans, Syracuse

I DFAed Single-A players who are 24 years old or older in most cases because teams didn't have extra room on their AA clubs. I tried to cover up roster and lineup holes where I could while doing so. Take care of them.

Definitely the most challenging sim for me thus far, with lots of roster adjustments to make. Had to set two rosters, not including my own. Hope everything went okay.

I tried to generate updated images for the HTML, but it didn't work right. My settings specify the zoomed out photos but the HTML now has zoomed in photos somehow instead and appear to not have the newest teams. I'll try to figure it out.

Well didn't expect much more than the 2-5 we ended up though Andujar went 2-0 with and ERA of 0.00 so that was money well spent, at least for now anyway.

Not a bad start going 4-3.
Jamie had a 2 hit week and both were HR's. Well done sir.

I got the player photos working. They should be up to Matt's specifications now.

Not good. 3-4. We lost Victor Contreras, one of my better relievers, for the season. Though, according to the news report:

"The news wasn't quite as bad as initially feared, but the reliever will miss 12-13 months with a torn flexor tendon in his elbow. "We feel we've dodged a bullet. When you see a guy break down like that, you worry right away,"

So, I guess we initially feared he was dead, or something along those lines.

Haraguchi's house was robbed, as well. Welcome to Washington.

I feel that I may have caused/contributed to the Contreras injury. I realize now that I set up some pitch counts in ST (I'm not sure why I did this), but I didn't take them off when I was setting my roster. Whoops.

Maybe JP Lawrence is ready for the BLB, or I probably just need to trade for a good lefty reliever.

Look, the most important thing is that Death Valley got to squeeze in a game against Denver this sim or otherwise, I don't know if umd would still be in the league.

On another note: We can't score runs. That's expected for now.

Pawtucket 6-1. Actually off last year's pace by one game.

Good start against our divisional rivals.

5-2 sim but easily could have been a lot worse. Five one-run games and three extra innings.... I wasn't ready for this type of excitement!
