I hear you. The injury history is a bit unsettling, but there has to be a range in where you would be willing to sign a player if he drops his demands.

Oh eventually I'll drop $20-$30m. I'm more upset I missed out on Lowe. I dunno maybe I'll offer something up this SIM just for grins.

Hey, i was in on Arbini. Brad got a hell of a deal out of that one. He got me on the years.

Was the downloading issue Delandis was having resolved?

I don't know what is going on. Several people already exported, so it seems clear there isn't a universal problem.

I was so busy this week I missed out on Lowe who I wanted to get back. Still need a hitting CF if anyone has one. Also a #3 pitcher maybe. Otherwise we're set to finish 81-81 again.
Lowe was near the top of my list.... But refused to negotiate with me.

Guess he's still mad I sent him to Los Angeles.

Less range, good arm in RF. More range, weaker arm LF.

This sim included the OSA rescout.

That was good news for some Bats, not so good for a couple others. Overall, I'm pretty happy with my minors.

                      This.

But it also depends on the lineup you are facing, park you are at and the pitcher you have on the mound.

We learned a lot managing Bafford over the past bit. Hopefully we can keep him healthy too.

Will get ugly on the backend, I'm sure. Just needed his skill set for the time being. Hopefully he ages as gracefully as possible.

I was looking at this more, and the top 100 Prospects list I see in game is slightly different than the one I'm seeing in the HTML. Not really sure why that would be.

It's always a little different. Don't know why.

Osorio is the first former Washington Bat to be acquired. I always loved him as a RP but after Liquid took over he made him a starter with some success. I currently have him pencilled in at the #2 spot in the rotation. He expects bullpen and bounced between the two roles last year but I'm desperate for legit pitching behind Felipe Vega.

Padilla's infield versatility will allow him to play at 2B, 3B and SS regularly. He probably pushes Rory Gray to the bench and Dave Nelson to 2B but we will see how Spring Training shakes out. Infield was major focus of the off-season and Padilla's name has been near the top of the Free-Agent Target List since the FA class was announced.

With budget room dwindling, the Pilots might join the masses in the "waiting game."
I wanted Padilla pretty badly, but I just knew you'd be in the mix. Such an underrated player. I offered more than he was asking for initially, but made the fourth year a team option. Then you blew my offer away. I had a chance to counter, but it just wasn't enough. Great signing!
