Voodoo Davila really should be on track to win DL Stout Slugger.

He and McPherson are about even with hitting stats, but Davila is a capable defensive catcher while McPherson is a poor defensive left fielder.

Even if you ignore defense in your Stout Slugger calculations, you gotta pick the catcher over the left fielder, other things being close. It's such a more impressive performance.
