Definitely make sure you update your settings before downloading the league file.

I didn't. And now it says it's corrupt or from an old game.... Re-Downloading the whole thing.

Might just be an issue on my end. No big deal.

What an August. Robles set to come back and roster expansion makes us even deeper. If you want some players, come and get'em.

I messed up the line ups to face the IL and I paid it losing two against Windy City, damn it, this month is killing us. Now Morgantown and Carolina, no bueno.

Contreras still very inconsistent and our fielding too 3 mistakes to give to Windy City one of the games, come on Sharks, what's going on this year??

Back to the drawing board to prepare the team for the interleague games.

Romero got his massive extension, I hope I won't pay for it in 2/3 years time like I did with McLamore, I never gave a player option before, let's see how it works :) the fanbase is cheering the streets right now, let's see if we can put it together and stop doing 3-3 weeks

This season was a wash. Chalking it up as growing pains for a team thats still young, but we never could really get anything going. I know its still August, but the Stout is too tough.

We can't seem to win close games this year.

                    Didn't expect that.

Pat Fink with his worst sim this year, blows two saves to Baltimore.

                        Matt,

Seems we have last weeks sims on the ftp server, not the latest version.

Yikes ..1-5. Not sure Baltimore has ever swept me at home. Well done.

In more important news, think it's time to bring back SS/3B Jimmy Lee. He's been learning new things in AAA. Bad news is Seth Harrington injured for a month, but should be ok for the playoffs. He's just an average hitter but having him (And Jimmy Lee at 3B) for defense if your a ground ball pitcher your feeling pretty good about yourself.

Also, all the lower levels seem to be playoff bounds. It's the first time we got all teams in first place so very exciting.

We were do for something like this to happen with the way we've been rotating players. It's been a fun season.

6-0 including a sweep of Pawtucket on the road that gives us 17 wins in August and the most wins in the IL since July 1st. This is a very versatile team even without Roberson. Looking forward to seeing how we do in September.

With six of the remaining nine August games at home, and facing two sub .500 clubs, the Bulldogs could easily post the best month by any BLB team this season.

September however looks tough for Baltimore with 17 of the 27 on the road.
