Wow, really weird week for us at first glance. We take care of business at home for the first 3 then get swept on the road in a 4 game series at WC.

4-3 Week for the Sharks 1-3 vs Pawtucket in a very tight series, then swept Hartford 3-0 at Home.

Things are looking good right now, now a very important week starts in Dallas.

4 against LA to open a really big hole and 3 against NO to make them forget about play-offs.

5-2 week would be really nice, letīs see how it goes.

Pawtucket 4-3.(Why the hell cannot we not win at New Orleans is beyond me) A little ho-humming going on which was expected. Eventually needs to tie up that righty set-up spot. AAA-CL Swisher back to his normal role now and just waiting to turn on the switch with him. Like to wait for RP Barrows to get back and just patient. There's also future salary arbitration to consider.

Speaking of revenue: Its only June, but it appears with this new "Season Ticket" sales we already are at our gate revenue from all of last season!!! Now obviously doesn't mean were gonna double it, but assuming we repeat the gate sales in the second half we should be ahead over $10 million. Can't begin to explain how important this is for us.

Other then that, we got some people healthy. Good test with Pitt coming up.

When do we have to cut down the A Roster to 30 again?

8.43 Team ERA for the week. I have not seen that level of poor pitching in a long time.

I have absolutely no idea what to do with this team.

A 4-2 week bring us a bit closer to the top of the Stout. All of our games this week were close, so that seems like a fair result.

Ed Carroll made 2 starts in his debut week, and he pitched well in both of them. We won both games, though he didn't get the decision in either. The kid looks like he's ready though, so that's what I was hoping for.

Our setup role continues to let us down. I pushed Osorio back to the bullpen since that's his expectation is (and he's struggled a bit in the rotation lately), and he promptly was responsible for the winning runs in both games we lost this week. Not really sure what the problem is with the spot in my bullpen, but Casserino was dreadful and Osorio wasn't any better. Both has good ratings by scout and a track record of good results.

In the lineup, we only hit .218 as a team, but managed 10 HR's so we made the contact count.

5-2 overall but a Tough series vs Indy. Lost 2/3 at home late by wasting another good start by Talley. Been a struggle with Indy but we had the same issue against cuse a few years ago and bounced back strongly in the second half so I'm hoping that happens here too. Excited to see how we matchup against Pawtucket at home. Rotation is set up perfectly with Walker/Talkey/Taylor/Syversten (who's been unreal since May actually jumped on the top 20 pitchers at 18 giving us 3 now) should be fun....Pat Vickers continues to rake, wonder how long he'll keep it up before hitting the cliff

That was an epic series our teams were apart of.
You swept me, but it's hard for me to be upset about it considering:
                    1) you have a great team
                    2) all 3 games were decided by 1-run
                    d) two games went to the 16th inning.

BTW, am I allowed to act like a giddy school girl when it's the first sim with new draft picks?
I am almost go directly to my farm system to see how my new players performed.

P.S. Nice to see my new catching prospect, Ron "Male" Giglio put up some nice numbers in his first week as a pro.
Between him and Buck, the Explosives are going to earn their moniker!

A man named Izzy is going to be responsible for replacing my pants.

His triple slash this sim: .286/.516/.667. 2 homers. 10 walks. 6 runs.

In 13 games since the trade, he has 12 RBI. Jimmy Gray has 19 (WTF?!?) in 75 games.

He'll fall back to earth (hey, it's earth day!), but this has been fun.

Sanchez had a solid debut for you too.
