Not going to happen although Todd's probably should go down as a Top 5 pitcher of his generation.

Had a good week gives us a bit more breathing room from those pesky Muckdogs.

Big week coming up against the Millers and Slammers.
Pittsburgh's been a force all year. I'm hoping my two lefty arms will keep him at bay as they seem to struggle a tad against LHP.

Syracuse after that. Lots of power in that lineup so I'm hoping Johnny Baseball, Baldwin and TBA can muster a series win for us.

On a different note, to the commissioners of this league, I'd love it if I could start my mornings with the latest scores, so...

Gained some ground this week. 4-2 sim complimented by 2-4 from Philly. If we can keep winning series and Sims we'll be in good shape.

Another 3-3 sim for us. I'm pretty happy with the direction my team is headed. So far, we've gotten better every month this season. My pitching is starting to come around, with my starters posting a IL 3rd best 3.38 and my bullpen moving up to 11th from dead last just a couple sims ago. With my oldest starter yet to turn 28 and 5 pitchers on the Top 100 prospects list we should be set to have a decent staff for the foreseeable future.

Now our hitting needs to come around. We're 11th or 12th in just about every meaningful offensive statistic. Worse, we only have 2 Top 100 hitters and they're years away from hitting the BLB with one in A ball and the other in AA. I really need my picks of Ratley, Ditto, and Fontenot to to pay off if I have any hope of getting relief from within my own system any time soon. My free agent signings of Slack and Nash have not paid dividends to this point, with each posting negative WAR ratings offensively and negative ZR defensively. Jimmy Cattaneo has been a good pickup, hitting as well as he was projected to and posting a +5.3 ZR in center. Travis Anthony has also done well, hitting over .300 in our lead off spot. Bereket Asiku has shown that last year wasn't a fluke, as he's flirting with a .300 BA and .400 SLG. I'm hoping other recent call ups like Cummings and Kelsey fair as well.

Our pitching is worse. Manny Reyna really having a down year suddenly. But everyone seems to be struggling as of late.

Bullpen is solid and most of these guys will be back next season. Hoping the starters + a rookie or two can improve for next season. Melgoza making it difficult to unprotect him.

Down in the farm, Collazo and Webb turning it around in AAA. Looking more and more ready for 2017.

                Pawtucket 4-2.

We feel a bit feeble without CF Mason right now. Still Death Valley is a better team then they're record shows so no shame in losing a series to them. Cali....yeah we have the lefties that can handle they're park.

We reached 50 wins awfully fast. Gonna stick with a 6 man rotation until we feel pressed. Still cannot cannot complain on how things are going.

Really cool moment from this sim...

Fernando Hernandez started a game in Los Alamos, his original BLB home, probably for the last time there.

I like to think spot put together a ceremony or something for him.

Hernandez threw seven innings of one-run ball, struck out eight Amigos, and earned the win.

He even went 2 for 2 at the plate!

                        Special day.

Lolllll, not even you would be naive enough to pitch a guy with a 5.3K/9 and a 1.5 run difference in ERA and FIP in your teams last game of the season

Only a 1/2 game out of the wild card at this point. Can we squeak in? Only time will tell. Romey is back and ready to go. Lets see what the kid can do.

Our fan interest is growing even though we are losing?

                              That is.....different.

The Sharks are losing tones of money in revenue... Is nice to almost sell-out every game at Home, but it would be nicer to get $0.50 more per ticket and get some less bottoms cheering...

Never had that short of fan interest before... It's pretty exciting, the return of Romero makes the things even more interesting, I wish we could be able to change the ticket prices in the middle of the year...

In OOTP17 we can change the tickets again during the season, however it will be a big income of money for ticket holders before...
