A good week in Maine. It happened!

Wow, Tom Wright goes down for 4 months. If someone wants to win this last season of the Porter, now is the time.

5-2 week for the Bats sees us barely keep pace in the Stout. We played 6 one-run games this week, along with an 11-9 win, so some very close games. Israel Morales did most of the lifting for the lineup, while we got some pretty solid pitching performances across the board.

On the farm, I'm thinking of calling up Ed Carroll in the near future. He's dominating AAA and we could probably use another arm in the BLB squad. Just would need to move one of the backup hitters I think.

We go 4-3 gaining two games on Dallas to now move to 10 games back!

Okay, maybe not that simple, but we did go back to the stellar defensive outfield and saw our defense improve by a lot over the previous week. It's like we made up every single defensive inefficiency from the past couple weeks in just one sim. I think we're sticking with Godinez, Johnson and Bromley.

Szymanski struggled this week but is still having a very good debut month.

Pitching is struggling some more but that's probably bound to happen when facing the Los Angeles lineup that scored 6, 8 and 5 runs on my team.

Overall May was less exciting than the potential we saw in April. And we're 10 games under .500. But I'm not giving up just yet.

Tough week, going 1-6. Good time for Pittsburgh to go 5-2!

4 games back, and 1 game under .500 at the end of may isn't ideal.

C Erik Gault must have heard the trade market rumblings that we were kicking tires on catchers recently. .360|.407|.560 with 5 2Bs. If he gets on an upward trend our offense starts to look a little bit better.

                    Pawtucket 4-2.

Every season we go to Toronto we lose the first series. Patterns in the chaos.

Well that was not a good sim. 4 game sweep by Pittsburgh never helps

Oh gosh, 2-5 week for the Sharks @Home, thatīs what happens when your MVP goes down with an injury and you donīt have a quality 2B / SS backup...

Damn it, Romero must comeback soon, we still have 4 games over LAD... Hopefully we will manage at least to finish 2 games behind them when Romero comes back eventually.
