I'm not seeing anything to be concerned about yet. The financials are a lot more fluid intra-season in this new version, but we can keep monitoring.

      Average (8th)
      OBP (10th)
      Defensive Efficiency (3rd)

How much does the offense drop and how high can the defensive efficiency rise? Probably not balancing out the loss of an annual Stout Slugger candidate, but I hope you're Wright. Get it? That's for funclown.
Maybe I'm just looking at it differently. To go from Wright, .937 PCT, 1.40 RF, -6.3 ZR and .870 EFF in just 43 games to Knappe, career .981 PCT, 2.23 RF, +31.1 ZR and 1.09 EFF, is a massive upgrade. That's like upgrading from Nelson Cruz to Ichiro in RF. Wright was a big reason IMO why your pitchers have underperformed.

As long as Knappe is about replacement level at the plate, the Scorpions will be a better team post-Wright.

Golden gets signed and my fan interest drops 4 points.
I'd love to be able to hold a Fan Unappreciation Night.
Every fan that walks thru the gates is greeted with a "Go F**k Yourself" and a bobble head showing the fan f**king themselves.

Isn't that more or less what Morgantown did from 1984-2014?

I still have to remind myself at times that we live in a BLB universe where Morgantown won a title. Has anyone reached out to Plastic to give him the news?

Amazing how many people missed Geoff Yonke in the 2013 draft.

He's a good example of why I'm not as big on intangibles as someone like Pat is.

Yonke has low intelligence, low work ethic, high greed ... and he develops like he did.

Not sure how much on an impact intangibles actually have on a player's development.

I think things are extremely random and having played so long through so many versions and such a small window (2-8) of scouting we (I) read way too much into everything in this game. I don't think it's coded anywhere to the level of detail we project on it.
