Thanks guys. It appears the host thinks OOTP is a malicious app which is why it works to download from a web browser but not in game. The host has been changing some settings but hasn't found the right combination yet.

They just made another change so if somebody could try downloading in game again it would be helpful. Thanks!

Mac user? I believe the Mac version uses a different program (behind the scenes) to download the file.
