Morgantown is slightly pleased to announce the drafting of RF Damien Buck.
In an interview conducted minutes after the Morgantown Mohawks selected him 31st overall, Buck said the he was super excited to be a member of the Bush league and would be wearing #69 for this season.
He then wanted there to be no confusion as to what a night out with Damien Buck entailed:
Mohawk management would neither confirm nor deny the allegation that they selected Buck solely for the opportunity to use a "Kill Bill" meme that has been burning a hole in the GM's pocket for years.Brewers League Baseball

2015 Brewmasters Cup (+1 over Indy)

I feel like I got real good value with Brendan Wilkes here. He's going to at best a high average corner OF. If he develops like my scout expects, he could hit for a lot of power as well. He was very productive in the Cape Cod league too. He was on my list of players at #3- Baber, Sedivec, and Wilkes were the three people I was considering.

My scout loves him though. And I simply could not pass up with a name like that. ;)Brewers League Baseball
