I believe things updated when season tickets locked in a sim or two ago.

"With a negative projected balance (including cash), the scouting budget must be LESS THAN HALF the league baseline."

Therefore, if you are over budget, including cash, your scouting budget has to be under $3.75M, and player development $5M.

Any difference between moving up the prospects / veterans for ST now or when the ST begins??

I can keep them slightly over the average league, but it sucks to have to put them down from where I had them... I like to build my teams with scouting and developing prospects.

I didnīt notice that players who are good enough to be called up for ST to gain experience will be called up by the game... Or did I misunderstand your statement?

If they have played BLB innings past versions moved them up for you and you can keep them up or send them back down after.

Thatīs curious, then is better to wait for the game to move them up (or call them up for the ST SIM) rather to call them up during this SIM?

If you're over budget due to player or coach/scout salaries, that's just the way it goes. If you want a higher budget for player development or scouting, you need to keep you other expenses down. You only have so much money to spend, kinda like real life.

I didn't look in game after this last SIM, but for ST, there's now a Spring Training Roster that gets activated at some point during the preseason. Once that is active then you should feel free to move players to it. The game used to (and I assume still does) move anyone on your 40 man roster up to the ST roster automatically, but in 15 (and again, assuming this still happens in 16) you can do non-roster invites for players outside of your 40 man.
