          California offered him 57 million over 3 years to toil away in obscurity on a 50 - 60 win team. Apparently he's not a fan of the rebuild. Clearly he's got character issues.

              Not sure about prior SIMs and any shifting results, but I believe the calendar flip to Feb brought about the "recasting" of the lists based on ratings as opposed to ratings + performance. At least I've always assumed that takes place right around Preseason starting.

                  I was fairly certain Z would land this guy. By far the most money of any team in free agency.

                        Nothing you guys are doing. Only odd to have a prospect go from around 6th to 1st to 10th in my organization in about three or four Sims.

                        It's like Keith Law can't make up his mind about my top 20.

                                Somehow money moves in the budget - PD/Scouting without you touching it. Double check and make sure they are what you want.
