Yes, though I was basing it on his documented Nationality which is listed as Mexican, which to me indicated he had not sought US citizenship. Though admittedly, the game may not accurately handle dual status.

Wilmington adds DJ Nelson....after letting Anthony walk they reallocated those funds to bring in Nelson/Falfan/Bunting on short term deals while opening up a spot for Monks in RF with Ishikawa taking over 1B. Under the radar moves by Brian that should help keep the cats competitive in a super tough division.

Cali making moves as well, and Windy City spending big in FA. Love seeing the new guys dig in and improve their squads....makes this league great!

I really wanted to bring him back to finish where he started. But he didn't care for my manager...

I'm pretty optimistic about the moves we've made over the last season. We cleared out a lot of dead wood, and have made some room for a couple of guys to move up. This left us with some money to spend this off-season. We've added talent from the FA pool to shore up some positions where we've really struggled the last couple of years. We overpaid for some people, but overall I think we're better off than we've been since I joined the club.

My goal is to not be in last place this year. I need to start building fan interest and see if I can't get my owner to loosen the purse strings a bit so that I can be in a position to be competitive while my prospects are filtering up.

We'll see what happens, but at the very least things have gotten more interesting for us.

I don't have any money for FA's so I vote we just sim to Spring Training.

Noticing that the Organizational Ranking in this page: http://www.simgamingnetwork.com/blb/...iew_teams.html

is now accurate again. It was broken in OOTP 15.
