    What impact do they have in this league?

          It could be tied to getting fire/keeping your job, but i'm also concerned it plays a role in how much your owner impacts your budget.

            My single-A club Barre doesn't seem to have our uniforms.

            Other affiliates are fine.

                I just read that it is cosmetic in online leagues.

                            Just throwing this out there in case anyone else has this issue, but i'm unable to control my lineups and rotation, meaning I can't make changes.
