LOL, I think he may have too.
My scout reported that he lost a point in almost every category.
He's a 4/5/5/4/3 hitter now.
OSA still has him rated higher, but obviously my scout's report seems to be more accurate considering his decline in numbers.

It looks like DC was left scrambling after they lost Setup man Troy Martin. For those unaware, he was diagnosed with a rotator cuff injury and will miss three months. He was hurt in Game 4. Not a popularly followed stat but Martin was tied for the BLB lead in Holds, with 30. Ironically, New Orleans Chaz Landis, also had 30. He also had the Game 6 DLCS series clinching win over Indy. Had Martin been healthy, I think he takes care of the Mohawks in the 8th, giving the ball to the closer in the 9th for a series win. However...

With a one run lead, entering the bottom of the 8th inning, this is normally right hander Martin's spot. Instead, the manager decides to bring in LH Tyler Salzman. A converted starter who posted a 8.71 ERA during the regular season. Not only has he struggled all year, the upcoming lineup for Morgantown was RH Vinny Flores (walk, four pitches), PH RH Izzy Briseno (reached on error by an out of position Ron Liverett at SS, where he rates a 3), LH Hector Feliciano (first pitch hits him), SH Tom Chapman (single), by then the rally had begun and they brought in Willie Castellanos, who was a full-time starter in the regular season (28 starts, 0 Relief Appearances), and in his two post-season relief appearances put up a 6.23 ERA including the ILCS Game One blown save.

If I was Washington, manager Bao Cahn would have some series explaining to do.

One thing for all to take note of....just because a SP was good as a SP, doesn't mean he will convert to RP...especially with little to no practice. It happened to us in Pittsburgh in the Wild Card.

Great series, Hank. Congrats on winning the IL. Great to see Morgantown having success, just wish it would have been a different result this time.

We took the lead in the top of the 8th in game 7 on a Rich Pena pinch-hit home run, but it all fell apart in the bottom of the inning. Maybe Troy Martin's injury doomed us there, since that's his spot. Or maybe it just changed who was going to give it up. Either way, Mohawks came through with a huge inning when it mattered most.
