Wow what a finish to the last two games of the series against PAW. Offense broke out in the 8th and 9th of Game 5 (helped having Oto back for that), and pulled Game 6 out in the 12th after Rodriguez blew the save.

Just shit luck is all. Pawtucket lost three cups before breaking thru. I swear the 90s they were cursed. Watch one season you'll have a flawed 86 win team take it all the way.

We've watched dynasties of best teams come and go with just one or no chips to show for it. Indy, Pawtucket, and WC come immediately to mind. It is the nature of this game. Add in a decade of things being deliberately unbalanced, and you have a good chunk of owners' success that is overshadowed by scandal.
