I would like that as well.

The issue I have with Stats Only is we don't get any scout opinions which is completely unrealistic. Even in real life, scouts tell management if a player is expected to be a 65 out of 80 power hitter.
How would we know that with Stats Only?
What I have seen done is Potential Only which at least mimics this but keeps us blind from knowing where a player truly is. It's interesting when a guy is 38 years-old and you're deciding if he's still a 6 contact or if your star prospect has reached his 7 power potential.Denver Bulls

On the other hand it will be more money for the budget then. No scouting reports, no ratings, scout useless, don't required, no scouting budget

Stats
I base my decisions on stats now. I only use the ratings to back up what the stats are telling me. Having said that, I did finish dead last... But Filar got to 30 and 100. 23 years old and 59 home runs. Not bad for 5 5 6 4 5 ratings.GM California Kodiaks 2014 - Present

I'm actually kind of surprised about the positive outlooks on no scouting.
And I can see the point with potential ratings. I wouldn't expect the league to make a fundamental change like that, but the responses are encouraging to revisit this somewhere on down the line.

I agree on stats but remember the stats we've seen on guys with good and bad ratings.
I've seen guys with 15 home runs in college that supposedly have no power. I've seen the reverse as well.
Pat St. Thomas hit .383(!!) his senior season. Wouldn't you draft him expecting him to be a great contact hitter? He's a career .240 hitter.
What did Daryl Dellinger prove in his one year of high school baseball? Nothing.
I guess we could consider guys like him to be late round diamonds which is cool. But I also think you'll see more guys trading draft picks with so much randomness out there.
I'm not against it. Would definitely make the game harder. It's interesting. Only pointing out the kind of things guys need to be aware of if such a change occurred.Denver Bulls

Shall we vote?? Maybe we can switch versions and gameplay?
