6-0 week. 7 1/2 game lead on a playoff position. This week we have 4 @ home with Syracuse before a big "show me" series on the road in Pawtucket.

Really pleased with the back end of the Millers bullpen of late.

    Mattison - 2.33 ERA 30 saves (w/ PIT)
    Gerlach - 0.52 ERA
    Ochoa - 2.25 ERA (w/ PIT)

Our pen was atrocious in the beginning of the season. Each one of these guys has been a solid addition and have helped our starters out tremendously of late.
We lead the league with a 30-16 record in one run games, that's gonna be huge as we come down the stretch.

Hey Z, looks like we're squaring off in the AAA championship this week!!!

The real question is if you guys are gonna have an answer for Cleto...in the playoffs he's hitting .667/.600/1.556 with 9 RBI and 5 RS in 2 games. Last year Ted Kessler blew out his UCL in the championship in a loss. Hopefully win or lose we don't see any devastating injuries

Our starters posted a 9.00 ERA, 2.33 WHIP, giving up 5 home runs last sim (in Washington and Philly).

        Ouch.

We'll see this more and more on the hitter side as well as we move forward. "Lower" rated players will start to put up better and better stats compared to previous generations.

I think Tommy Phillips is a good example.

We're throwing B.J. Ridley who has a 0.000002 ERA and walks one batter every 312 years. Good luck.

Troy McCarley is the perfect example of a ratings vs production discrepancy. His stats definitely showed me something his ratings didn't. I've had ratings studs who didn't produce either - particularly pitchers like Goodwin and Wences.

I'm interested to see how this trend plays out.

Nearing the end of Twinkle Toes's season. Intended to shut him down at 160-170 IP. Almost there.

Last time I got my butt beat like Morgantown is doing to me was when I was something awful like 1-17 vs Baltimore in the 90s.

Big SIM coming up for us with 4 against Washington at our place. Really need to take at least 3 out of 4 to keep making up ground we gave up in August.
