Sorry for the DFA issue. Saw it last night, told myself to fix it this morning, forgot to before I exported.

          Thanks Brad!
5-2 for the Cats. 3 of 4 from Washington. Puts us at 8-2 against the division early in the season. That makes new owner Rocky Ryall Jr very happy :)

You've got a really good looking team, I think you've got a good chance to hang in the race all year.

As for us, we rebounded from the series loss to Wilmington by sweeping Pittsburgh. Story remains the same - we can really pitch (2 more shutouts this week). We're first or second in just about every pitching category. But the lineup needs work. I think I can expect some guys to hit a little better, but at some other spots I could probably use an upgrade. 1B is still a glaring problem.

Strong April. Took care of the kiddie Kodiaks and got through LA pretty easily. lefty Zack Wallace goes down, but we are deep in MR arms. Last year's 4th rounder JD Harper cracks the Top 100. I expected him to get there soon, so seeing the young 3B there early is a pleasant surprise.

As I've said, if someone wants Tom Cole, I'll take a pick in this draft or a future draft. I also have 2 thirds for a second or future thirds.

If someone wants 1B Tom Smith, who is a younger and cheaper version of Cole. I'll also take a pick in this draft or a future draft.

Keep your eye on 25 year old Morgantown southpaw Moondog Baisden.

He made five starts so far this year.

He has yet to allow a run.

31 2/3 scoreless innings and counting.

I've seen great SPs in MOR before. He's another. Maybe he'll make the playoffs.

                              Ouch. We are turrrrible.

I guess this is about the time I check out until next year and only worry about how my minor league prospects are doing.

Oh to be a Bock member......
