      Thanks Bradz

4-2 week for the Sharks, the Lager is really really tight.

We are the best pitching team in the DL and the worst batting team as well...

5-1 for the Cats. 3 game sweep of Philly and 2 of 3 from Baltimore. Tough 6 game divisional sim but I'm proud of the way this young team is starting off. Don't know if well sustain it (Tristan Jackson out 3-4 months, so that hurts) but ill enjoy it while it lasts.

14-6 based entirely on our offense. Starters have been mediocre, bullpen up and down, but I expect things to level out. Stud future SS Erik Jackson is raking in AA at a .491 clip and Jamie August hits a homer every 9 ABs in AAA and will probably hit 30+ this season.

I need a lefty starting pitcher and need some more pitching prospects. If you want my 3rd, 4th and 5th rounders I'll trade them for 2nd rounder this draft, future picks, or your pitching prospects.

I'd also deal both 3rds this year for the right lefty starter if their salary is not too expensive and they are not 32 or older.

4-2 sim keeps things going smoothly in Washington.

We pitch extremely well. Hitting- not so much. But we can really pitch. At least so far.

Only in Morgantown can we have a pitcher with 4 starts, a 0.00 ERA and .56 WHIP and a record of 1-0.

              Unbelievable.

1-5 and there is the team I expected to see this season.

We are not scoring runs and our bullpen is looking like someone replaced them the Keystone Kops. I expect a little turnaround offensively when Caplan gets off the DL this week but Roberson goes on so this looks to be "one of those" seasons for us.

Whoever is getting our first rounder this year, you are welcome.

                    Maine SP ERAs:

                    Alvarez: 8.84
                    Neubauer: 5.16
                    Hernandez: 6.14
                    Toste: 7.48

If they don't pick things up soon, we are truly fucked.

It's early, but we are getting swept in series at an alarming rate. Disappointing not to grab at least one of those games. Still, despite those sweeps we're a game above .500 (top of the rotation is keeping us afloat). We could really use another bat, but we knew that going into the season. We're short on resources and own a flawed roster. Game above .500? We'll take it.

4-3. Slowly but surely were play a better brand of baseball. Each week there are improvements and positives that are creeping through. Almost time to pull the plug on the Jimmy Peller CF experience, with Jamie O'Hearn absolutely wreaking havoc in AAA (.389/.424/.593) I might have to make the switch. Won't be this week, but another thing to keep in mind is that if he's in AAA for one more week, he won't accrue enough service time to get a full year this year....the best offensive prospect in the game (at the moment) might be joining the BLB for good less than a year after being selected number 3 overall.

6-0 for Los Alamos? How did that happen?

Tommy Van Leer - .381 with 4 HRs

Carpenter, Flores, Glomski, Hurst, and McCormick - 35.1 IP 0 ER

                          That's how.

Not a good sim for us but lots of progress down on the farm. The future is finally looking bright for New York. Recently acquired prospect Micah Poppino is gonna start with the big club in the bullpen and see how he does. If Megna or Tamarrow continue to struggle, plans will be to put him in the rotation.
