      That's potential 25% of the budget for salaries of one normal team... how are you going to pay the others 24?

            I really wanted to bring Cardenas back, but there was no way I could do it.

            Big signings by New York, not bad deals either. I was interested in bringing Mejia in, but looks like New York gave him more years than I was willing to go.

            Not much going on in Washington. I noticed that Kazuhito Iwamoto retired rather than sign with me. I got a message saying he liked my offer, then he retired last sim. Guess if they're out of the league for a whole season, they just retire? I wanted him as a 4th outfielder - had no money to sign anyone last season for the role.

              You guys know Jonathan Herrera, the mostly mediocre infielder for Mississippi, New York, Philadelphia, Pawtucket, Pittsburgh, and New Orleans?

              He has 2,398 career hits!

              Among non-cheating infielders—not counting first basemen—he's 8th all-time!
