  • 2014 Playoffs - Who you got?

    Indy over Maine (WRONG)
    ------------------
    Baltimore over Carolina (WRONG)

    Pawtucket over Indy in 5
Los Angeles over Syracuse in 7
    ------------------
    Baltimore over Washington in 7
    Batavia over DVS in 5

    Pawtucket over LA in 7
    ------------------
    Baltimore over Batavia in 6

    Baltimore
    over Pawtucket in 7

Maine's played injured all season, while Syracuse and DVS watched their two best hitters go down at the end of the season. None of those situations are ideal, but they'll be enough to knock out 3 teams when compared to their competition's relatively healthy rosters.

Baltimore, Batavia and Carolina have no significant injuries and Washington gets their injured players back in the IL.

In the DL, there's no new significant injuries.

Our offense has been stagnant for the last month or so.

I'd be ecstatic if we could just beat Carolina. And. Dave Johnson has been a lazy bastard since signing that new deal.

I'll take Fernando Hernandez over Mike Sanchez or whichever rested backend starter Indy is able to produce for one start.

I like Carolina's odds for a similar reason. I think pitching is the key for the one game.

      After that, who knows.

Batavia wins the first round but DVS advances in the playoffs because BAT was illegally using a DH

'Cuse and Batavia both hold 5-4 season series leads over Pawtucky and Washington respectively.

                  'Cuse in 6.
                  Washington in 7.
