    Will do then :)

A 6-0 week sends us into first place, 2 games clear of Baltimore. It's still going to come down to the last week, but we've got the advantage for now.

Big weeks for Pat Ladd and Pat Wayman carried us at the plate.

We hit the road for two series this week, at Carolina and at Philadelphia. With Baltimore at home, I expect our division lead to be short lived.

I've been in this league for three and a half decades.

Indianapolis's signing of Billy Alvarado is the single best free agent signing I can remember witnessing.

$1.5 million for 6+ WAR at third base is incredible.

              DRINK IT IN BABY!

He only wants a six year deal, at about $16MM per. Have at him, boys.

When the time comes, Fred Evers need to be written in as a Pale Ale candidate if he doesn't qualify based on innings pitched in the IL.

It would be a shame if he's not because he's been arguably, the best reliever in either league this year.

I'm not sure if I'm doing the right thing or not but I changed my mind and I'm gonna do it anyway. The game keeps telling me that Jamie O'Hearn is ready for the show and he's one of the best players in my org....why not see if he can't go crazy for a week? He's an upgrade vs RHP over McKay and Peller in the lineup, and he's got all the personality traits that indicate he'll fit in.

Here goes nothing against LA and Indy....realistically need to win out and the chances are that won't happen but hey...at least theres a chance after the way this year went.

(Also a clubhouse guys worst nightmare for this road trip. Midnight roster moves to bring our count up to 38 players. There's gonna be no room on the bench or in the clubhouse in LA and Indy...hope your kitchens are stocked!)

Our 3rd round pitcher Ted Hatch already made his debut. Looks like he will take over the closer role next year. Didn't realize he was ready to go when I drafted him. Figured he might be a couple years away still.

And as I keep saying, Jarrod Rowles is in the BLB hitting over .800.

For those of us that have promising young talent, lets not become a feeder team for the big teams in the league. Keep your prospects!
