5-1 on the road. The Maine offense came ALIVE. 6 runs, 16, 10, 6, 8 in the first five games of the week. Then 3 in the loss. Encouraging.

Pawtucket 3-3 and we lost our owner.

Did I ever mention repeating in this game is fucken hard? The offense which was set on auto pilot has been maddening inconsistent. Actually went to a 7 day lineup for the first time in well over a season to see if that helps.

Its still only May so maybe Piekarski and Haraguchi figures it out????

I don't know how the hell Pat won 3 straight seasons.

On the positive side this game truly really does reflect real world so thats good right???

Also, we extended 'Spot' legally as he was going to be a free agent. Please everyone don't get mad at me. He only wanted 2.1 for two seasons. I made it for 4 years on the first shot. Yes, he has that bullpen look to him which made him cheaper. I expected him to want around 6-7 million so was a bit surprised, but in the end one of the points for giving up so much in this trade was to keep cost in line for this team.

            There, now bitch.

3-3 week for the Sharks. How in the hell a near .500 record means last position in the lagger?? Come on men! Chill out!

Inspiring 2-1 series against the defending champion followed by an unspiring 1-2 series against the Dukes... Consistency guys, consistency

4-2 week for the Bats, winning both series. Jimmy Razza has become my best starting pitcher, as the rest of the rotation has been pretty shaky. Lippert gets rocked pretty often, considering how highly he's rated, and I'm still uncertain if Osorio should even be starting- he's one of those borderline SP/RP guys. Seems even the slightest fluctuation in his ratings put him over the edge between starter and reliever. Salzman has been a disaster this past month.

On the farm, Dropkick looks good in AA so far. Glad to see it's coming together for him better than it had prior to this year. Still plenty of work to do to get my system to where I want it, but I'm encouraged by some of the early returns.

Shout out to Z and Pat Bryant. Sad to see my first ever #1 pick and potential ace in Hartford and then top flight lefty specialist in Vegas go down with a CEI.

Z, can we work out a 10th round pick type deal to have him retire a Scorpion?

                      Two conditions.

1.) It has to be after the next sim.

2.) You must also receive Danny Salcedo and extend the same privilege to him.

My scout may find himself in the unemployment line if he keeps misevaluating talent like Pellicano.

                          1-2, 1.96 ERA, 1.04 WHIP, 24K, 7 BB.T

We never had these problems with Dealba.
