Tobs shaking off the rust finally. Granted against some lower level teams, but starting to come alive.

This has got to be the best, worst team I've ever had.

I mean we have a couple of stars but we've got so many overachievers this year.

I feel the exact opposite. This has to be the worst, best team I've ever had.

Yeah. It's not my intention to be hanging around, but my young guys are proving they belong. My rebuild might be a bit quicker than I had anticipated.

2-4 week for the Sharks. Injuries are pilling up right now and Byers want to be a SP... Damn it man, show me a below 1.00 ERA in the bull pen and then we can talk business, but not before

Too many close losses...my old man offense is actually producing quite nicely for now.

Byers is a reliever. I had him spot start very rarely. Maybe 3 years ago before he got injured.

                  Don't let him bully you.

However I think when guys see struggling teammates as starters, they "think" they can do a better job and demand a chance in the rotation.

5-1 for the Cats. 2-1 against Toronto and swept Windy City on the road. First sign of life I've seen from this club since mid way through last season. Young guys still aren't playing the way I'd like, but it's a start I guess.

Good tip. We don't have upper echelon SP at all. I have great fielders but our batting and pitching is rubbish yet. We're a couple of years away to put all thenpieces together

Lol, "desruption" week for Pawtucket going 2-4. Sometimes happens after a major trade plus LA wasn't too impressed with our 3 lefty starters.

Either way, woke up to much better financial picture and a second top 100 prospect.

It will all take care of itself.

26-12 and the team just keeps on rolling.

-As expected, Santana has cooled off but surprisingly, others are picking up the slack. Particularly, rookie outfielder Malik Roberson has been a beast off the bench and platooning vs. RHP with veteran outfielder, Jerrod Dapson. Roberson is .414/.425/.552 split including last week were he went 4/10 with 2 home runs and 8 RBI.

-I think Yoshitaka Tamieke is super underrated. After a few really good years in Denver, he's really been lights out for us and one of the main reasons it seems like we haven't missed a beat despite trading one of the league's best pitchers in Todd Taylor. He had arguably the best season of his career last year but little fanfare to match. He's taken hold of the #1 role nicely since Taylor's departure, and we hope he can continue this performance the entire season.

-We have done the unthinkable and demoted 3X Stout Slugger, Jimmy Jones to AAA. He's struggled a bit and we just want to give him a chance to hopefully find his swing. In his stead former Morgantown slugger, Ian Barbour, will get a second chance to prove he belongs at the BLB level. If that doesn't work we may have to scour the waiver wire or trade market for RHB to give us some power versus lefties.
