Lots of changes this final week for Pawtucket. Talley & Zach Reeves probably wont see a start, RF Morales & CF Mason will play sparingly.

      Some fun things though:

One more victory needed for 110 wins!!! Sure this mean a quick exit, but still a big achievement for this franchise.

Can CL Diego 'Red' Lovera finish the season without a walk? Right now 0 walks, 110 ks entering the final week. I'm sure some close has done this before, but I'm sure not many. No question we had a golden horseshoe up our ass when he signed with us. As in real life sometimes you need a bit of luck.

Sorry, technical issues while trying to load the utility this morning (blue screen, physical memory dump, the whole nine yards). I wasn't able to get it updated before I had to leave for work. Apologies to all.

I never would have guessed Roberto Ortega would not make our playoff roster, and yet, here we are.

Millers take care of 'bidness' on the road this week. Monster 5-2 road trip in LA and Indy. Lead extends to 3.0 games over Syracuse.

Got 2 at home with the Slammers with Syversten & Brooks going before finishing the season with Toronto.

Another 100 win season in the Burgh and another playoff appearance ( 9 in a row for the Millers and 6 in a row for me...although as Pat once told me, it's because of how set up the team was- nothing to do with me) Really want to win the division ... but that's mainly just so I can be an unbearable douchebag to Jake. (As promised)

                Let's finish up strong boys

Seven 100-loss teams this year. Yikes.

Another 90 win season for us. Our 7th straight playoff appearance and 8 of our last 9. This from a team I felt was crumbling a bit at the foundation, we have a new core that should get us a few more the next several years.

We finish with a set at DAV, but we will also try and not get hurt and line-up our pitching for another playoff run.

Morgantown beat the brakes off us, AGAIN. I'm quite happy to see they won't squeeze into the playoffs THIS YEAR.

Then we go and win 3 of 4 in Washington which is encouraging, I guess. Philly is now just a game out. Don't say I've never given you anything Brad.

I don't think it really matters who we face as a Wildcard though. These guys in Baltimore are probably the most uninspiring 90+ win team we've ever had.
